This one is for the gentleman out there, or the ladies who like to smell like a walk in the woods.  I don't judge.  I'm happiest, barefoot in my gardens, covered in dirt.

I used to use antiperspirant, and would end up with painful cysts in my armpits. I switched to natural deodorants.  It took a little while for my body to adjust, as when you switch to a natural deodorant, your body can detoxify as your glands clear out.
